Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities of the Buyer:
Conducting a thorough inspection and due diligence of the property.
Complying with all financial obligations, including the payment of the agreed-upon purchase price, earnest money, and any other applicable fees.
Working in good faith during negotiations and throughout the transaction process.
Taking necessary steps to secure financing, if required.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information obtained during the transaction process confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
This provision may cover sensitive financial information, personal details, or any other information that could potentially harm either party if made public.
Termination or Cancellation of Agreement:
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches any material provision of the agreement.
